TERMS OF SERVICE

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another client. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours, or failure to attend, may result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if a product is faulty and not fit for purpose. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Treatment results vary for each individual, and desired outcomes cannot be guaranteed. If the recommended therapeutic dose and guidelines are followed, we are not responsible for how your body reacts to a product. Packages and pre-paid treatments are non-transferable once an appointment has been attended and are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse

EMBER Aesthetics reserves the right to decline service at our discretion, in compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines, if we determine that a treatment is not suitable.
